Your Home Study Courses Options

OPTION 1 - For those of you taking your first step.

There are four courses I have presented many times over the years and they are the ideal way to introduce yourself to energy healing, your body & energy body and how you can heal and help yourself to a better, healthier and fuller life. You can choose any 1 of the courses to start your studies, for more information on each home study course follow the apropriate links below.

1. The "Own Your Health - A Practical Course to Understand Self-Healing with Energy" introduces you to the fundamentals of healing with energy and how it works. You will get a comprehesive understanding of the concept of energy, the concept of healing and the concept of the mind body connection.
2. In the "Energy Body Course" you will learn all about your energy body all its various parts, how they affect you on a moment by moment basis and how you can manage them for your benefit, to manifest your own good health.
3. The "Know & Heal Yourself" Course will introduce you to your energy body and the world of crystal healing, on completion you will have knowledge of how to work on your energy body using the healing power of crystals creating the happy, healthy life you deserve.
4. Reiki Level I which is your first step into Reiki where you will be taught the basics, this level also has a stronf focus on self-healing, your body and your energy system.

The above courses are all certificated.

OPTION 2 - Going Deeper - Knowing More

These courses are for those of you who wish to get further into energy healing and in some cases even go so far as to practice as healer for others.
