Individual Bags for Storing your Crystals

Dedicating & Blessing Crystals for Healing:

The path of all crystal beings is to aid in healing (be it personal, planetary, or universal). To dedicate/bless your crystals for healing, you should program them to act with love and light for the good of all beings and to serve the universal purpose (this can be spoken aloud or done through prayer, ritual, or ceremony). You may even program your crystal to be filled with the life force of Spirit or with the Healing energy of the universe. When you do this, you are making a sacred contract with the stone being that you will always use its energy with the highest integrity and purpose. Bless your crystals as an act of love and gratitude as this is an important part of respecting and honoring the crystal Devas.

Crystal Blessing Example #1: “I dedicate this crystal to aid me in serving the Universal purpose. From this moment on I undertake to utilize its energies to benefit all living things, for I am one with all life forms. In that which I am, I now activate the life energy within this crystal in order that its life force may now be utilized to serve the Universal purpose.”

Crystal Blessing Example #2: “I thank you Spirit/Universe/All That Is for this crystal being which you have placed in my care. I consciously and actively intend to use it in the highest vibration of love and light for the good of all.”

Respecting and Honoring Crystal Beings:

It is important to show your gratitude and thanks to a crystal Deva after you have activated the stone. This can be as simple as thanking the stone aloud for its healing gifts, or as elaborate as you like. Project a feeling of love and thanks to the stone being. It is your intention that is most important, as your connection with the stone being will allow your gratitude to be known to the crystal. Showing your crystals gratitude and respect will enhance their healing abilities as well as making them happy! You may also want to incorporate other ways of showing love to your stone friends (such as singing to or dancing with your crystals).

Storing Crystals:

It is best to store your crystal in individual pouches or containers to avoid chipping and other damage. Silk is a great material for this as it acts as a natural energy shield and keeps your crystals free from negativity and other outside energy.

When storing your crystals, it is also good to keep in mind what you have learned about the Mohs’ Scale of Hardness. You do not want to store very soft stones with hard stones as the soft stones will get scratched. However, hard stones are not necessarily durable. For example, Diamonds (the hardest stone of all), are very hard, but they are also very brittle and will fracture easily, so you should use caution when storing brittle or easily-cleaved crystals.

If storing your crystals out in the open (instead of in individual pouches or bags), it is best to keep them out of direct sunlight as this made cause some crystals to fade. It is also advisable to avoid storing them in places of extreme temperature change (as this may cause them to crack).
