Energy
Everything on our planet, well actually . . . to be more accurate the whole universe is energy, at the beginning of which is the atom, the building block of the universe, which:
- is in perpetual motion
- has the built in capacity to do an immeasurable amount of work
And . . .
Since everything is energy, all well being ultimately involves energy.
But . . .
What does this mean?
According to scientists, light is energy, producing gazillions of vibrations per second in the form of light waves.
To further understand this consider the following . . . the Source of Light is within you and light waves are eternally emanating from your consciousness, radiating as lines of force. These lines of force radiate from either a "high" or a "low" vibration, depending on your frequency of consciousness. You are therefore either healing or harming - there is no in-between.
These lines of force govern electrons elementary particles with a negative charge whirling around the nucleus of atoms and cause atoms, the smallest component of an element having the chemical properties of the element to cluster in an energy field as a thought form. This energy pattern is then "stepped down" through the dimensions to become visible on the third dimension or physical plane.
So everything that is considered "matter" or "substance" whether you can see it (visible) or not (invisible) - is made up of atoms, or put differently pure energy.
Therefore, everything seen or unseen is energy in motion, and this energy of everything is controlled by thought.
Your consciousness is not only the transmitter of energy but also has the power to direct enough force to destroy or create form and thereby create "dis-ease" or health.
In the world as we know it, there is much negative or heavy energy controlling the lines of force, thus creating disruption of the natural order of things in the mineral, plant, animal and human kingdoms.
Ponder this for a moment . . .
Destroying means "to do away with, cause the destruction or undoing of something". Consequently if your health has faded, your finances diminished, or your relationships are in shambles, it is of your own creation. Through the power of your thoughts and emotions the ability to affect change is yours.
By making the decision to lift your consciousness to a "higher" frequency you become a deliberate creator of the joyous, abundant, healthy and loving life you desire.
Healing
Most conventional methods of healing are focused purely on improving the physical levels of life, without recognition or understanding of the deeper underlying energies, which would be the holistic approach.
Not since sending people to a beautiful sanitaria in the quiet mountains with fresh, clear air and good nutrition to assist the cure of tuberculosis has modern western medicine tried to come to grips with the idea that there is more to healing than the purely allopathic approach.
People need to be "recharged" with energy as an essential part of their healing process.
Energy healing works purely at the energetic level of your being. Since everything is made up of patterns of energy, working with it directly influences your physical, mental, emotional as well as your spiritual levels, making this the "holistic" natural approach.
This kind of work impacts primarily on two distinct energy fields within and around your physical body.
Firstly surrounding your body is an energy field which some sensitive people can actually see with all its beautiful colours, this field is called your Aura.
Secondly starting from your crown on the very top of your head all the way down your spine are seven evenly spaced spinning vortexes called the Chakra's.

- your thoughts
- your emotions
Earlier on you read that everything is energy thus absolutely everything visible as well as "invisible" to the human eye vibrates (moves) at a very specific frequency.
Now . . .
Imagine what it would be like if you could tap into those frequencies and be able to affect most anything in your life.
Allow this to sink in for a moment . . . Anyone, can do this and yes that includes you, by learning to administer and manage these energies.
The amount of healing energy available to you is restricted only by your capacity to give love and respect, everyday, to yourself and others.
