With Reiki Level Two you begin to expand your awareness to those around you.

Your Reiki Level 2 attunement is generally regarded as the minimum requirement to begin practicing as a Reiki practitioner.

By opening up to the level 2 Reiki energies, your healing abilities will now become more fortified, intensified & magnified as you open up to the three very special healing symbols.

In Reiki Level 2 you will be introduced to a wide variety of new healing techniques which can be used in both a self healing and healing others capacity. You will strengthen your connection to Reiki which will enable you to become a more proficient healing channel.

Another key part of the learning for Reiki level 2 is the idea that you will now be learning how to give Reiki healing sessions through a "by distance" format. You will explore this area of healing and soon realize that the Reiki symbols can indeed help you to unlock many different healing opportunities (both for yourself and others).

As you open up to these new techniques (and the Reiki symbols), you will also be quite naturally learning more about how you can use Reiki in a much broader context than before.

Once you receive an attunement, your energy vibration or frequency will shift and intensify. You might notice a change or shift instantly, or it will be a gradual shift with an accumulative effect.

The attunement starts a cleansing process that can affect the physical body as well as the mind and emotions.

Toxins that have been stored in the body may be released along with feelings and thought patterns that are no longer useful.

This does not always take place right after a Reiki attunement, but, when it does, it is important to understand what is happening so you can support its completion.
