Angel Invocations are personalized, focused intentional practices of connecting with or requesting guidance from celestial beings.

Invoking an Angel or Archangel is simply an "appeal to" or "a calling on" a higher power for assistance, blessing, help, inspiration, support or the like to invite their positive presence into your daily routine.

Whether you practice traditional religious devotion or seek general spiritual connection, several well-established invocation methods can help you focus your intentions.

Angel Invocations have been used by thousands of people for centuries as spiritual tools.

For instance a angel ritual which cab be any customary observance or practice and can take many forms, it may consist of simple routines which an individual submits to on a daily basis or it may be of a more complex ceremony.

These practices typically focus on protection, peace, or seeking creative and spiritual inspiration.

Following are a few invocations that I use regularly with great success:

Best Practices for Angel Invocations

Set Your Intentions: Speak from a place of spiritual purity and genuine need rather than selfish desire.
Visualize: Create a quiet, peaceful space and visualize heavenly light surrounding you as you state your intentions.
Express Gratitude: Always end your invocation by thanking the angels for their presence, love, and intercession.
There is a power in saying the prayer 3 times, and for others as well as yourself.

Archangel Invocation - Four Directions

Start facing the East to invoke Archangel Uriel and as if in prayer say," I invoke Uriel in the space in front of me. Please give me clarity in this day. How can I best be of service." OR you can ask for help and clarity on a specific problem.

Move then to your right, you are now facing South to invoke Archangel Raphael and again as if in prayer say, "I invoke Raphael in the space in behind me." Think about what's dying away in your life so that something new can be born, and ask Raphael for illumination or help with it and if there is a particular healing you need - physical, mental, emotional or spiritual - ask him for that.

Turning right to the west, invoke the Archangel Gabriel who gives you strength to face and overcome your fears. Again as if in prayer say, "I invoke Gabriel to stand on my right." Ask, "What are my fears and where do I need strength." Then ask for his help.

Turning right again, now facing North, invoke Archangel Michael. He is the energy of wisdom and love. Again as if in prayer say, "I invoke Michael to stand on my left." Spend a moment reflecting on your life and if there's something you feel you need insight on or true wisdom about, then ask for Michael's help.

After this angel invocation of the Archangels, imagine the compassionate, feminine, nurturing and safe womb-like aspect of Source, God, "The All That Is".

Visualize it washing over you and pouring through you expanding to surround and enclose you in an egg of light and love.

Feel all negativity and doubt wash away as your heart becomes lighter and lighter. Linger in this Divine Presence for a while.

Personally working with the Archangels is one of my favorite things, I find their help and support in all my healing sessions such a great help and inspiration, I always have my "Angel Cards" with me which I find to be a great inspiration.

Archangel Michael (Protection & Courage): Invoke Michael for strength in fearful situations, for clearing negative energy, and for cord-cutting.

Invocation: "Thank you, Archangel Michael, for wrapping me in your cloak of protection. Please lend me your courage, help me overcome my fears, and stand strong in my truth."

Archangel Gabriel (Guidance & Communication): Invoke Gabriel when you need clarity, a burst of inspiration, or help expressing your voice.

Invocation: "I call upon Archangel Gabriel to bring clarity to my mind and inspiration to my heart. Guide my words and help me share my true message with the world."

Archangel Raphael (Healing): Invoke Raphael for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing and vitality.

Invocation: "Thank you, Archangel Raphael, for bringing your healing light into my mind, body, and spirit. Please restore my energy and help me return to a state of radiant wholeness."

Archangel Chamuel (Relationships & Love): Invoke Chamuel when navigating conflicts, seeking to mend relationships, or wanting to find something lost.

Invocation: "I ask Archangel Chamuel to heal and harmonize the relationships in my life. Please fill my heart with compassion and guide me to spread peace wherever I go."

Archangel Jophiel (Joy & Beautiful Thoughts): Invoke Jophiel to shift a negative mindset, release clutter, or bring joy into your day.

Invocation: "Thank you, Archangel Jophiel, for lifting my spirits and bringing laughter and lightness to my life. Please help me see the beauty in every situation."

Guardian Angel Invocations

Your Guardian Angel (Personal Protection) - Guardian angels are assigned to walk beside you, offering constant care and guidance.

Invocation: "Oh faithful companion, my Guardian Angel, I thank you for your constant protection and gentle guidance. Please watch over me, keep me safe, and direct my steps along the path of light."

Guardian Invocation from the Hymn to the Guardian Angel

Guardian angel, from heaven so bright,

Watching beside me, to lead me aright,

Fold Your wings around me, O guard me with love,

Brilliant Seraphim I call to thee - circle 'round, bring love to me.
Mighty Cherubim guard my gate - remove from me sorrow and hate.

Meaning of the Words

Eee - "All that I am that is not physical, my mind and my emotions.

Nu - My physical body.

Rah - My soul.

The WHOLE CHANT means - I bring all of myself, mind, emotions, body and soul, together in the company of Angels.
