Selecting and Choosing Crystals.
Selecting and choosing a crystal is a wonderful, life changing experience.
Selecting
a crystal can take place in many different ways. Having read many books by
various authors and from my own considerable experience, it is my belief your
intuition is what will guide you to make the right choice.
A crystal
is very personal and making a choice as to which one you want and for what use
you will put it to should be yours alone.
That obviously excludes gifts and who says no to those!
We all have intuition, all we have to do is practice to listen
to our inner voice. There is no right or wrong way of choosing or working with
crystals in other words there are no rules. Your own personal relationship with
them is the vital element.
Trust your "First Impression" when choosing a crystal:

You like the shape.
-
You like the look.
-
You like the feel.
-
You like the colour.
I would probably go through some of the above questions when
making my selection, you should do the same.
Each of us will have our own personal intuitive criteria that
would guide us to making the correct choice. As you can see from the above you
choose your crystals to your own criteria and as I have said before there is no
right or wrong way.
I once read the following:
"Crystal healing relies on the optimum relationship
between mental and crystal energy. This is similar to being introduced to a new
group of people.
There are some individuals you are immediately drawn to;
others you are unsure about or dislike on sight."
The common factor between choosing friends and crystals can
be summed up in two words - "good vibrations."
All you have to do is trust yourself in choosing your own
crystals.
Having your "beauty" in your hands,
before doing much else I would consider the advice on this page
